What to expect from an event!

Hello Ladies!

Wow! What a day I've had today! Wild WE ran a home-buyers workshop today in Boston. A Wild WE member asked me to do an event through Wild WE. Of course I agreed. I figured it would be good for our Boston Wild Women. I then thought it would be great to team her up with a friend who is also in the industry. Great idea, right?

Wrong! I guess there were "stylistic" differences and one of the women informed me that she would not be attending the event. Of course, I got this email at 9am and the event was at 11:30 am. All of this before my first cup of coffee.

So, what does one do in this situation: GO FOR IT!!!!!!

I showed up, informed my colleague that she was going solo, and we had a GREAT event!!!!! Since my colleague is a pro, she can just roll with the punches.

My lesson of the day: Expect the unexpected! Surprises are around EVERY corner and a Wild Woman Entrepreneur is ready for ANYTHING!!!!

The Truth: Good, Bad, and the Ugly!!!!

Wow!!!!! Do I know how to eat!!! Sometimes, I even amaze myself! I'm surprised I'm still sitting (Of course, the other option is to be rolling on the floor in pain!).

Ladies, I have to tell, I was scared to start this blog. I wanted something that would be fun, interesting, and content driven that everyone would want to read. Of course, I didn't want to admit that my staff and I are human. That we may make mistakes. I didn't want to show our members that side of business.

Well........................I've changed my mind.

The Wild WE was created to help women receive the information and networking possibilities that they may need to move themselves in the right direction. What a better way to learn about business than through someone else's journey.

This is your opportunity to see how it REALLY works. I plan on being COMPLETELY honest on this blog. Let's see if we can't help YOU grow while WE grow!

Why I'm Grateful...........

Now, let me start by saying...I had a ROUGH week! It was one of those weeks when you ask yourself, "Why am I doing this? Is it really worth it?" That's when I had to step back and do an attitude check.

I sat down with a hot cup of tea and decided to do a Wild WE gratitude list. I knew that if anything would put me in a better mood, this would......and I was right! After 10 minutes, I felt like NEW and was ready to conquer the world! Here's my list:

1) I help women succeed in business AND in life
2) I work with friends
3) I meet NEW people EVERY DAY
4) I get paid to do what I LOVE
5) I work at home
6) I work flexible hours
7) I get to travel
8) I connect people: I'm the Go-To person
9) I work with fabulous college students
10) I get to plan FUN events
11) I am living my dream
12) I choose with whom I do business
13) I am a WILD WOMAN ENTREPRENEUR!!!!!!!!!!
