• The Laurel's Kitchen Bread Book: A Guide to Whole-Grain Breadmaking by Laurel Robertson et al • Before the days of foodies and artisan bread-baking, this book demystified the process of whole-grain bread-baking. I have spent hundreds of hours making these recipes and just love the book. nm
